Return Shipping and Refund Processing Time

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Refunds are processed within 7-14 business days of receiving the returned item and cover the item price only, excluding any shipping, handling, duties, or other fees. If your refund has not been received within 14 days, please contact us for assistance.

Eligibility for Returns

Items must be returned within 30 days of receipt.
Items must be unused, in the same condition as received, and in the original packaging.
Personalized or custom items are not eligible for return unless defective or damaged.

How to Initiate a Return

Contact us at hello@sheepleathers.com with your order number and reason for return. Our customer service team will provide instructions for returning the item.

Return Shipping

You are responsible for paying return shipping costs, which are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Refunds

Eligibility for Refunds

Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you regarding your refund status. Approved refunds will be processed within 1-2 days to your original payment method. Please allow an additional 7-12 business days for the funds to appear in your account and up to one billing cycle for credit card statements.

Non-Refundable Items

Gift cards and personalized/customized products are non-returnable unless defective or damaged. Blank products modified for resale are ineligible for returns or refunds.

Late or Missing Refunds
