Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Refunds are processed within 7-14 business days of receiving the returned item and cover the item price only, excluding any shipping, handling, duties, or other fees. Items must be returned within 30 days of receipt.
Items must be unused, in the same condition as received, and in the original packaging.
Personalized or custom items are not eligible for return unless defective or damaged.

Our customer service team will provide instructions for returning the item.

Non-Refundable Items
Gift cards and personalized/customized products are non-returnable unless defective or damaged.
Blank products modified for resale are ineligible for returns or refunds.
