Refund Is applicable with in 30 days of delivery

If for any reason you’re not fully satisfied with your purchase, you can return new, unused, and unaltered items within 30 days of receipt for a full refund. Items returned after 30 days. We kindly ask that all returned items be in their original packaging and condition. Items returned after 30 days cannot be accepted.

Return Shipping and Refund Processing Time

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Refunds are processed within 7-14 business days of receiving the returned item and cover the item price only, excluding any shipping, handling, duties, or other fees. If your refund has not been received within 14 days, please contact us for assistance.

Eligibility for Returns

  • Items must be returned within 30 days of receipt.
  • Items must be unused, in the same condition as received, and in the original packaging.
  • Personalized or custom items are not eligible for return unless defective or damaged.

How to Initiate a Return

  • Our customer service team will provide instructions for returning the item.

Return Shipping

  • You are responsible for paying return shipping costs, which are non-refundable.
  • If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
  1. Refunds

Eligibility for Refunds

  • Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you regarding your refund status.
  • Approved refunds will be processed within 1-2 days to your original payment method. Please allow an additional 7-14 business days for the funds to appear in your account and up to one billing cycle for credit card statements.

Non-Refundable Items

  • Gift cards and personalized/customized products are non-returnable unless defective or damaged.
  • Blank products modified for resale are ineligible for returns or refunds.

Late or Missing Refunds

  • If your refund hasn’t arrived, first check your bank account again.
  • Contact your credit card company; refunds may take additional time to post.

Eligibility for Exchanges

  • We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. Contact us at hello@sheepleathers.com to initiate an exchange.

How to Initiate an Exchange

  • Follow the same process as for returns. Once approved, we’ll provide instructions for sending the item back.

Do-It-Right Guarantee

  • If your order contains items printed or embroidered differently than your final design or on incorrect products, we will reproduce those items or issue a full/partial refund at your request.
  • If unable to reprint or embroider correctly, we will issue a full refund for the affected items.
  • For orders shipped with DHL, we will fully refund your postage if you return or exchange the items.
  1. Damaged or Defective Items

Reporting Damaged or Defective Items

  • If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at hello@sheepleathers.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition.

Replacement of Damaged or Defective Items

  • We will send a replacement at no extra cost or issue a full refund, including shipping costs, for defective items.
  1. Cancellations

Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of purchase for a full refund. After 24 hours, cancellations are not permitted as we begin processing your order immediately.

NOTE: Please make sure to select the size very accurately or provide us measurements through our email as hello@sheepleathers.com because products will not be considered as refund if the customer has selected a wrong size.
