Height: Stand next to a wall and place a ruler horizontally on your head. Mark the point where the ruler reaches the wall, then measure the distance from the floor to the mark.
Neck: Measure the circumference of your neck at collar level.
Chest/Bust: Measure the circumference around the fullest part of your chest (across your nipples). Wrap the tape measure under your armpits, around your shoulder blades, and back to the front to obtain the measurement.
Shoulder: (Measure from the Back Side) Stand up straight with your arms down at your sides and shoulders back. Measure around your shoulders from the edge of the left shoulder point to the edge of the right shoulder, along the top of the shoulder just below the base of the collar.
Upper Arm/Bicep: Wrap the tape measure tightly around the widest part of your upper arm, just underneath your underarm.
Waist: Measure the circumference of your waist at your natural waistline, which is located above your belly button and below your rib cage. Use the tape measure to circle your waist, similar to how a belt would fit.
Sleeves: Stand straight and measure from the end of your shoulder (starting from the arm) to the wrist.
Length: (Measure from the Back Side) Measure down the back from the base of the collar to the desired length.
Hips: Measure the circumference of your hips. Start at one hip, wrap the tape measure around your rear, go around the other hip, and back to where you started. Ensure that the tape is positioned over the largest part of your buttocks. It may be helpful to use a mirror for accuracy.
Out-seam: Start from the top of the waistband on a pair of trousers and measure down to the desired length for the bottom of the trousers.
Inseam: Measure the distance from the uppermost inner part of your thigh to the bottom of your ankle.
Palm: Measure from the edge of your middle finger to the start of your wrist.
Shoes: The midpoint measurement is based on the mean foot length and width for which the shoe is suitable, measured in millimeters. (The International Standard is ISO 9407:1991)
Note: The provided instructions are for taking body measurements to ensure accurate sizing for apparel. Please follow these guidelines carefully to achieve the most precise measurements.
